Jason Tienor has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Telkonet, Inc. since December 2007. During this time, Mr. Tienor has transitioned Telkonet into a profitable public company whose operating divisions continue to increase market share while developing innovative technology. From August 2007 to December 2007, Mr. Tienor served as Telkonet's Chief Operating Officer. In 2001, Mr. Tienor co- founded EthoStream, which became the fastest-growing HSIA provider to the hospitality industry, and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until it was acquired by Telkonet in August of 2007.

Prior to his achievements at EthoStream, Mr. Tienor co-founded and was Managing Partner of a successful Milwaukee-based IT consulting firm. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an MBA with an emphasis in Computer Science from Marquette University.

Jeff Sobieski has been Telkonet's Chief Technology Officer since May of 2012. From June 2008 to April 2012, Mr. Sobieski served as the Chief Operating Officer, and from December 2007 to June 2008, he served as the Vice President of Energy Management. Mr. Sobieski joined Telkonet in March 2007, following the acquisition of EthoStream, where he was CIO. Mr. Sobieski co-founded and grew EthoStream to become one of the nation's largest high-speed Internet access providers to the hospitality industry.

Prior to co-founding Ethostream, Mr. Sobieski co-founded Interactive SolutionZ, a Milwaukee-based IT consulting firm. From 1998 to 2000, he was involved in consulting and system development projects, including the project lead on developing a new software package for GE Medical and software development for Northwestern Mutual. Mr. Sobieski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an MBA from Marquette University.

Matt Koch, currently Chief Operating Officer, joined Telkonet in March 2007 as Vice President of Operations following the acquisition of EthoStream, where he was a systems engineer from 2004 to 2007. Prior to EthoStream, from 1998 to 2000 and from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Koch was a system administrator for Geneva OnLine, a regional Internet service provider specializing in wireless broadband Internet access, managing system administration and integration for web hosting, billing systems, and workflow automation.

In 2000, Mr. Koch was a system and network administrator consultant in the Silicon Valley for various companies, including Sun Microsystems and Uptilt. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Gene Mushrush is the Chief Financial Officer. He joined Telkonet in January 2009 as the Controller, was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer in November 2010, and became Chief Financial Officer in May 2012. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Mushrush served as a Controller and Business Unit Manager for a division of Illinois Tool Works. He has held progressive accounting roles in both private and public sector organizations. Mr. Mushrush earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Gerrit Reinders joined Telkonet in 2011 as the Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Telkonet, he was the Vice President of Sales at Energy Focus for two years, where he helped the firm grow its sales by 280% from $12 million per year to over $35 million. Prior to his recruitment to Energy Focus, Mr. Reinders held the position of Director of Global Energy and Sustainability Programs at Johnson Controls, a leading supplier of control systems and services for non-residential facilities. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

He has lived in Holland, England, Peru and Costa Rica for a combined 21 years, and is considered fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish with conversational skills in a few other languages.
