Technical Customer Service Agent (TCSA) Tier 1
This position is primarily responsible for being a primary point of contact for all guest and staff issues and all security requests for the products and services of our customers; monitoring all customer systems and ensuring outages and hardware issues are addressed quickly, effectively, and proactively; and ensuring all questions and requests are handled immediately with greater than 90% resolution on first call by performing the following duties.
EcoSmart Project Development Engineer
This position is primarily responsible for performing data collections, financial savings calculations, and other energy and operational performance analysis to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of energy management systems and High Speed Internet Access systems. Including application engineering, energy modeling and wireless propagation analysis and calculations during presales, design and performance phases of projects by performing the following duties.

Project Manager
This position is primarily responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Projects, including EcoSmart Energy Management as well as EthoStream High Speed Internet Access projects. Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on time, billed, within budget and within scope of the contract. Maintains positive cash flow. Actively pursues selling change orders and potential extras and enhancements. Ensures work performed complies with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. This position is also responsible for ensuring Telkonet staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes. System Admin Tier 1 (Linux)
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the internal and external telecom and data systems of the company; installing and operating all servers and services at the colocation facility. This position will also be responsible for all desktop, laptop, printer, fax and phone support for employees of the company. Production Technician

Installation Technician Tier 1
This position is primarily responsible for performing installations of various EthoStream and EcoSmart technologies at customer sites throughout Telkonet's service area. This position will be performing wireless testing onsite to determine appropriate design and implementation; explaining equipment usage and integration to a customer and in some cases propose possible improvements or upgrades.
For EcoSmart product lines, will be performing both low-voltage and high-voltage wiring in a safe manner in order to connect thermostats, sensors and relays to existing Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and maintaining a positive image of Telkonet to each individual onsite.
Energy Management Engineer
This position is primarily responsible for pulling all the pieces in engineering together for supporting sales and customers. The EM Engineer is equivalent to the Project Developer role but is more focused on the engineering side than the sales side of product and support delivery services.
This position will also be providing Project Development with detailed wire diagrams and other critical engineering components needed to fulfill Project Developments duties; helping all the firmware and developers understand the sales requirements; and testing gateway for the entire product solution when each unit test is put together from each of the groups in engineering
