
William H. Davis 
Chairman of the Board
Prior to joining Empirical Asset Management as a Managing Director, Bill Davis was founder and CEO of Ze-gen, a renewable energy company focused on converting ordinary waste materials into renewable syngas, for use in a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications. Under Mr. Davis' leadership, Ze-gen successfully raised $35 million through three equity rounds, demonstrated its proprietary technology, and recruited a world-class management team and advisory board.
Mr. Davis is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's Earth Institute.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of Boston Harbor Islands National Park, was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to the Board of Commonwealth Corporation, serves on the President's Council for CERES, and an advisory panel to Clinton Global Initiative.
He graduated from Connecticut College in 1979.

Jason L. Tienor 
Director
Jason Tienor, 37, is the president and chief executive officer of Telkonet. As the former president and CEO of EthoStream, Mr. Tienor co-founded and grew the HSIA vendor to become one of the largest high-speed Internet providers to the hospitality industry in the nation.
Prior to EthoStream, in 2000, Mr. Tienor was co-founder of a Milwaukee-based IT consulting firm. Mr. Tienor received a BBA in MIS and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and an MBA with an emphasis on Computer Science from Marquette University.

Glenn A. Garland 
Director
Mr. Garland is currently president of CLEAResult, an Austin, Texas-based energy optimization firm that operates energy efficiency and renewable energy programs for utility companies, government organizations and private businesses across the country. Mr. Garland has been in the energy efficiency industry for over 25 years, consulting with businesses, utilities, and government agencies at the international, federal, state, and local levels and has extensive expertise in energy efficiency strategy, market transformation, and performance contracting.
Mr. Garland managed the marketing, outreach, and implementation for a variety of the U.S. EPA national ENERGY STARŪ programs as well as serving as its National Implementation Manager for the ENERGY STAR Buildings and Green LightsŪ Partnership and the ENERGY STAR HVAC Team. Mr. Garland holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Clemson University.
