As a managed service provider, Telkonet offers remote network management via Telkonet CENTRAL, our proprietary, comprehensive web-based management platform. Property management can locally or remotely manage, monitor and make changes to their high-speed Internet access system via Telkonet CENTRAL, which interacts in real time with the EthoStream Gateway Server (EGS) at each location. Telkonet CENTRAL is simply accessed via a computer with a web browser and an Internet connection. With this integrated approach, property management has complete control over the service provided to users.

Property management can use Telkonet CENTRAL for many functions and to make instant changes to their HSIA system:

  • Monitor the current status of the Internet connection and any on-site network devices
